Repeated Fear (PSP/VITA/3DS) has CGs and is similar to the Steam release, though it apparently lacks some of the extra chapters the PC version has. Blood Covered (PC/Steam) is the version sold here and seems to not include CGs, though if the script is similar to the PSP release, it will have some suggestive dialogue (but no explicit sexual content). The original 90s PC game has no CGs, only small character portraits and I don't remember it having much fanservice.
